WWBT TV Hall of Fame. 10 consecutive perfect health scores. Over 600 staffed events every year. This is what culinary excellence looks like — and it belongs on a website worthy of it.
Our Story
In 1982, Dickie King turned a roadside barbecue fundraiser into a Richmond institution. Four decades later, King's Korner Catering has grown into a second-generation operation serving over 600 staffed events every year — weddings, corporate banquets, holiday parties, and everything in between.
Located at Chesterfield County Airport, our kitchen and banquet hall are built for events of every scale. We bring the same obsessive attention to quality whether we're plating for 20 or 2,000.
What We Do
From intimate receptions to grand celebrations, we've made Richmond's most memorable weddings unforgettable for over four decades.

What Clients Say
King's Korner did our daughter's wedding and every single guest told us the food was the best they'd had at any wedding. The barbecue alone was worth every penny.
We've used King's Korner for our company's annual gala three years running. The service is impeccable, the food is consistently outstanding, and they never miss a beat.
The homemade desserts at our family reunion had everyone asking for the recipe. The bread pudding is something I still think about. True Richmond comfort food at its finest.
